A man is given two water guns and is told he is now a Judge, a person in charge of judging people on whether they are ‘good’ or ‘bad’. If he thinks someone is bad, he shoots good luck at them, and vice versa. The man is confused, so the person giving the water guns points to a person reading a book across the road and says:
It is really your own interpretation, you can say he is a bad person because the book’s pages are made of paper and require trees to be cut down. Or you can say he is a good person because reading promotes the use of printed media and strays away from humanity’s increasing reliance on technology like phones.
This confuses the man even more so he runs away and tries to throw away the guns. But they eventually always find him.
Basically only pure and good people can become Judges, but the role always eventually corrupts them.
